Large, meaty tomatoes with fewer seeds and more flesh than standard varieties, good sliced for sandwiches, salads or stuffed and baked.

Slice thickly for sandwiches and salads, or hollow out and bake whole when stuffing, as their firm flesh holds its shape well.
