Cannellinni beans

Creamy white Italian beans with a mild, nutty flavour, popular in soups, stews and salads, or blended into a smooth dip.

Drain and rinse tinned beans to remove excess salt and starch, and add them towards the end of cooking so they warm through without turning mushy.
