Curled leaf parsley

A frilly-leaved parsley variety, slightly milder and more decorative than flat-leaf, often used as a garnish as well as a flavouring.

Chop it finely with a sharp knife rather than crushing it to avoid bruising, and add it at the end of cooking to keep its fresh flavour.
