Recipes that use Digestive biscuits
A slightly sweet, wheaty British biscuit, classically crushed to make cheesecake and tart bases.
Crush them finely and mix with melted butter until it looks like wet sand, then press firmly into a tin and chill well before filling for a base that holds together.
