Espresso coffee

A concentrated, robustly flavoured coffee used to add depth to desserts like tiramisu, or drunk on its own.

Let it cool before adding to a dessert to avoid melting delicate components, and make it a little stronger than you'd drink it, as it will be diluted by other ingredients.
