Instant coffee

A quick-dissolving coffee granule or powder used to add coffee flavour to bakes, desserts and drinks without brewing a fresh pot.

Dissolve it in a small amount of hot water to make a strong, concentrated liquid before adding to batters or creams for even flavour distribution.
