Pepperoni

A spicy, cured pork and beef sausage, thinly sliced and classically used as a pizza topping or in sandwiches and pasta bakes.

Add it partway through baking pizzas so the edges crisp rather than burn, and pat off excess oil with kitchen paper if you prefer a less greasy result.
