Sausage meat

Seasoned minced pork (or other meat) sold loose without a casing, used in stuffings, sausage rolls, meatballs and burgers.

Fry a small knob to taste the seasoning before shaping the rest into a stuffing or bake, and cook thoroughly until no pink remains.
