Ingredients

  • 8oz Self raising flour
  • 4oz Margarine
  • 4oz Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tblsp Milk
  • 6oz Mixed dried fruit

Instructions

1. Place flour and marg in bowl
2. Rub in marge until like breadcrumbs
3. Add sugar and fruit
4. Add eggs and milk, mix together to make a soft dropping consistency
5. Place in greased 6in round cake tin and bake in middle of the oven, gas mark 4 for 1-1 1/4 hours
