Pumpkin pie spice

A warm, sweet blend of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove and allspice, used in pumpkin pie, spiced bakes and autumnal drinks.

Add it with the dry ingredients at the start of mixing, and use it in place of a mix of individual spices if a recipe lists them separately.
