These Crunchy Peanut Butter Energy Balls are quick to make, naturally sweetened, and packed with oats, peanut butter, and seeds for a satisfying snack. Perfect for meal prep, lunchboxes, or a post-workout boost.

Step 1: Prepare the mixture

Add the rolled oats to a large mixing bowl.
Add the ground flaxseed.
Add the chia seeds.
Add the chopped roasted peanuts.
Add the dark chocolate chips.
Add the salt.
Stir everything together until evenly combined.

Step 2: Add the wet ingredients

Add the crunchy peanut butter to the bowl.
Add the honey.
Add the vanilla extract.
Mix thoroughly until the ingredients come together into a sticky mixture.

Step 3: Chill the mixture

Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator.
Chill for 20 to 30 minutes to make the mixture easier to handle.

Step 4: Shape the energy balls

Remove the mixture from the refrigerator.
