- Grease a 33 x 28cm Swwiss roll tin. Put the pizza-base mixes in a bowl, add 250ml warm water and mix together to make a warm smooth dough. Knead for 5 minutes, then roll out onto a floured surface to the same size as the tin. Put the dough in the tin and brush wit olive oil.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius (Gas Mark 6). Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until golden. Set aside. Spread the tomatoes in to the dough base. Scatter over the oregano and season.
- Break the tuna into chunks and arrange on the base with the olives. Scatter the onions and cheese on top and bake for 15-20 minutes until the dough is risen, golden and cooked through. Cut into sqaures and serve with a salad.
